while i m on my way home from angono to batingan, i experienced heavy traffic i wonder why? supposedly heavy traffic exist only during rush hour and yet its 2:30 in the afternoon! after a long time of queuing process, i was a pubic jeepney and a private divery ban, wow!! that was shocking !!! i saw live in flesh ! the driver legs was .... huh just look at the photo!! i captured it in the middle of the intensifying situation
