Law of Partnership and Corporation: I got failing Grade!

Huh!! today i am very disappointed with my LAW midterm exam result. I got only 49 points out of 20 items, each item is 5points because it is an essay type of exam. I knew in my self i have a breach on my side!! but it just happened during that LAW examination we also have another 5 examinations during that day. Starting 8 am up to 7 pm continuously. And i admit i didn't prioritized the Law subject because most of my exam that time is my Major subjects. All are computations( statistics, math economics, managerial economics and more) so i need to study first those subjects....

LAW exam was conducted 6pm to 7:30 pm that was tough situation beacuse we are tired for the entire day but i need to do it........actually in Economics Group 99 percent failed......it means , its not only me suffered from stress that time. I really felt regretted because i knew in my self that i can do that thingy!!


huH i am totally disappointed and its hard to move on....... because ... HUH , the passing score is 50 points and i only got 49 points.

the worst thing is when you got 50 points above, you are already exempted for the incoming final exam..
and i was not able to reach that goal... supposedly this incoming final term my burden will be lessen... but in contrary...... i need to take the final Exam..


I am worried because i am pressured to prove myself because my classmates in LAW are Accountancy students, As an Economics student its a challenge to me... huh i m ashamed of myself, perhaps Accountancy think that Economics are slow learner... MY GOSH!!

Maybe, I need to study more...... but when the examinations happened simultaneously, i don't know how to handle those predicaments........ perhaps i need to accept that," this is a life of a student."....... HUH

As a blogger, i have this kind of characteristic of searching such issues. One of the humor i heard in my Campus is that one of the winners of Mr. URSB is a bisexual, so im searching some facts for me to bring the humor end and that's the real meaning of my Blog to search the truth....

guys4men.com is a website exclusive for bisexual. i noticed this profile in that site!! when i started to search my story ......it really shocked me when i saw this pictures. i knew this person. He is one of the hottest personality in University of Rizal system Binangonan Campus, because he is the 2nd placer of search for MR. URSB.

At first i have a doubt that this profile is a mock and it tends to destroy this man's personal life so i have to search how true it is....

i read his profile and gotcha.... its real....... actually i made an account to this site just to contact this person..... i send him a message asking if it how true is the issue......

he didn't answer and i do believe that he is one of those existing gender that exist discreetly now a adays. They hide it because of social stigma that perhaps other will judge them as a gay........


For me , there's nothing wrong with being a bisexual..... its their preference and lets respect to that.......


For you JONATHAN ROLLON, all i can see is that don't be bother and don't worry because i do believe in you and being a bisexual doesn't concerned your capacity level to become a man....what important is yourself...

because a real man cannot be measured trough gender.....

When i saw this video of Jhon loyd Cruz, i agree to this line, but the truth is , its hard to accept when you are personalty encountered this situation, maybe its easy to say but its difficult to do, because sometimes you get tired to love anymore and you will promise not to love again. its hard to move on..... im telling you guys its totally hard.......

Hey dude,

I bought the farm today.

It’s a lot different than I expected. Ya’ see, I always thought that dyin’ would bring me to a world that’s foggy and hazy; but this place is crystal clear. It’s even more real than my life on earth – I can think, I can talk, I can even feel!

Right after I went down hard, I could feel my spirit leavin’ my body. It’s the weirdest thing, man. I thought I heard you screaming out to me, man, but I must have been imagining things.

At first, I was jus’ standin’ in line – gettin’ registered, I guess. They began by askin’ me my name, and then they looked into this thing called the Lamb’s Book of Life. I ëspose they couldn’t find it, though, ’cause this huge angel next to me grabbed me by the arm and started draggin’ me away!

Gotta admit, I was terrified! I had no idea what was going on. I asked the angel where he was taking me, but he didn’t answer. I asked him again. Finally, he told me that only those whose names were written in the Book of Life could enter heaven, and the rest would be condemned to hell forever. Whoa, I was scared!!!

The angel threw me into some kind of holding cell where I’ve been sittin’ and thinkin’ for a long, long time. Do you want to know what I’ve been thinkin’ about? I’ve been thinking about you!!!

Dude, you’re a Christian; you told me so yourself. I mean, we talked about it three different times jus’ today: Skeeter brought it up and you laughed it off; then Mac brought it up, and you changed the subject; I mean, it came up right before I got smacked.

Well, the question I can’t get out of my mind is this, man: “Why haven’t you ever told me about how to become a Christian?” I mean, you say to me that I’m your bro; but if you really were, you would have told me about……………………………..Jesus! You could have told me how to escape the terrible place I’m headed for!

I can feel my heart poundin’ in my chest! The angels that have been chosen to cast me into hell are comin’ down the hallway – I can hear their footsteps!!! I’ve heard of this hell, man; they call it the lake of fire! I can’t stand it!!! I’m terrified!!!

No!!! The angels are at the door! Oh no, no, they’re coming in, and they’re pointing at me! They’re grabbin’ me and carryin’ me out of the room! I can already smell the burning sulfur and brimstone! I can see the edge of the cliff where hell burns!

This is it!!! I am without hope!!! We’re coming closer……….closer……..closer!!! My heart is bursting with fear!!! They’re holding me over the flames!!! I’m damned forever!!! This is it!!! They’ve thrown me in!!! Fire!!! Pain!!! Hell!!!

Why, dude; why didn’t you ever tell me about Jesus?!?!?!

I admit i had sex!! so what?

yes i did.. a lot of times to different people...

i found out that perspective changes... people chance...

i was like an angel before...so innocent, so clean, so spotless... untill i was awaken by this world's evil! the reality of life... the true scenario outside the fences of our house... slowly my horn, claws, pangs and tail sprang... and so im now one of the wild animals roaming around the wilderness....

i thought before that i will only do it to people that i love, to my someone special.. but its another thing now...

i can have sex with anyone... with anybody that i like. im still choosy but when i like a person, i dont have any hesitation! i always say yes and spend a night or two... yes...

life is short...im just living it to the fullest or maybe foolest! wahahahaha! maybe im wrong but maybe not...who knows???
