THE MOST DISGUSTING VIDEO CLIP EVER from TV5′s ‘WILLING WILLIE’

👨‍💻

PRESS STATEMENT of DSWD Secretary Corazon Juliano-Soliman on theCase of the Child “Jan-Jan” Shown in Willing Willie
The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) condemns the emotional abuse and humiliation bestowed on a six-year-old child contestant, during the March 12, 2011 episode of theWilling Willie show aired on TV 5.
The sequence shows the boy gyrating in a distasteful manner with the audience, including the host (Willie Revillame), manifesting no evidence of concern or alarm for the child. This incident is clearly a violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act and a blatant manifestation of child abuse.  The term “child abuse” includes the following acts: “psychological and physical abuse, neglect, cruelty, sexual abuse and emotional maltreatment,” and “any act by deeds or words which debases, degrades or demeans the intrinsic worth and dignity of the child as a human being.”
Putting pressure on children to do acts such as mimicking adult sexy dances, in exchange for a certain amount of money, and at the expense of being laughed at and ridiculed by hundreds of people, clearly traumatizes the child. This is a clear form of child abuse and will not be tolerated by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
The Department has already communicated to ABC Development Communication Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan asking that children should not be allowed to appear in TV shows like Willing Willie, especially those capitalizing on poverty as a source of immediate entertainment. In the formal communication with Mr. Pangilinan, the Department has also rebuked the insensitive actions and remarks of Mr. Revillame.
The DSWD will look for the family, determine the effect/impact on the child and from here determine if necessary counseling and/or stress debriefing should be given to the child and his parents to prevent further trauma and abuse, especially with the media hype triggered by this incident.

Video Scandals sa PINAS : History Paulit ulit

👨‍💻

MARCOS1MARCOS2     MARCOS3MARCOS5              MARCOS4
Hayden Kho’s collection of sex scandals was not the first to hit the Philippine public, after being overly sensationalized by the media, senate and by everyone who have mobile phones with video playback capability, let’s look back to the first episode of private videos being made public. The best way to start every list is with a very disturbing sound, an audio tape sex scandal. The long list of sex scandals began with President Ferdinand Marcos’.
1970’s in the heat of the First Quarter Storm, the Philippines was scandalized when a tape was played in the university station of UP Diliman.
It was President Marcos. He was singing an Ilocano love song to American actress Dovie Beams while they were making love. Beams hid a tape recorder under a bed while making love to the President and later revealed the recording to the public as a “protection” since there were many threats to her life.
Writer Sterling Seagrave on the broadcasting of tapes said, “Student protesters at the University of the Philippines commandeered the campus radio station and broadcast a looped tape; soon the entire nation was listening in astonishment to President Marcos begging Dovie Beams to perform oral sex. For over a week the President’s hoarse injunctions boomed out over university loudspeakers.”
1980’s had its own share of scandals when a Betamax tape made public and have been reproduced. It was a recording of sexy actress Vivian Velez and a well-known politician in the North, Fariñas’ sexual act. But the video did not spread as there were lack of proper medium to carry it, like the internet or the cheap vcd’s and dvd’s.
VIVIAN1     VIVIAN2     VIVIAN3
In 2001, in an interview with Velez, she said that she has move on with the issue already, “I just put my chin up and say it can happen to a lot of people.”
1990’s, the whole Philippines was scandalized when a series of videos of talent manager Jojo Veloso made public. He was fondling and playing with the private parts of his talents. One very well-known talent of Veloso that was victimized by the scandal was Hans Montenegro.
JOJO1     JOJO2     JOJO3                                                                                                                          JOJO4
There been senate hearings about the scandal. And it was entertainment journalist Joubert Sucaldito who exposed the whole hanky-panky of Veloso.
Like the 1980’s there still weren’t enough technology to pass, recopy and send files, and so Velos’s video remined in the vaults of authorities.
Come year 2000, file sharing have improved, the internet have been very accessible to everyone and the birth of mobile phones with video playback capabilities gave a whole new meaning to sex scandals.
There have been tens and tens of sex scandals that made public; one of it was from a popular sexy actress Criselda Volks. The video were showing Volks having sex with an older man. It made a whole new different noise as everyone can check out the video and use it as an entertainment between their friends.
CRISELDA1      CRISELDA2     CRISELDA4
Volks later admitted the she was in the verge of committing suicide after the video made public. It was like an outbreak, everyone had a copy of her video, whether in their mobile phones; download it somewhere in the internet or in a USB drive.
Hayden Kho’s sex scandals quickly emerged to everyone’s hands as the improvement of technology; the videos were quickly shared, through Bluetooth and USB drive. HAYDEN1   HAYDEN2     HAYDEN4 HAYDEN5         HAYDEN3
Like any other sex scandals that surfaced before, Kho’s numerous sex scandals with different popular women will be soon forgotten. It maybe the headline of the week, the story of the month but it will soon die, when different news emerged in the media. The story of sex scandals will again come if there will be an outbreak of series of sex scandals by another prominent personality.

Tim Yap Tweets Grand Lotto Winner is Mike Morelos, is Simply Irresponsible

👨‍💻

timyap tweetEntertainment reporter, PR practitioner and socialite Tim Yap is now at the center of controversy as he made an irresponsible tweet on the Grand Lotto 6/55 winner.

Tim Yap reportedly shared on his Twitter account that a certain Mike Morelos is the lone winner of the 6/55 Grand Lotto jackpot of more than P740 million pesos, the biggest in Philippine lotto history.

He said on his tweet published on local newspaper:

“And guess what? Miko Morelos is on twitter! @mikomorelos I already sent a request. He protected his tweets already. #afraidforhislife,” @iamtimyap”

He seemed to be very insensitive of the seriousness of the situation and all obviously not minding the implications of his action.

Mike Morelos has been confirmed as a reporter of the Philippine Daily Inquirer who made for the newspaper the first report that there was a lone winner for the 6/55 jackpot.

Yap’s irresponsible social media announcement created lots of trouble for the innocent PDI reporter Mike Morelos. For the record, Mike said that he did not win the jackpot. And so, his family by now is all fearing for the negative implications of Yap’s action especially as for their security.

When Tim Yap got back to his senses and at last got some feeling of sensitivity over what he did, he once again posted a Twitter message that he was wrong and asked for apology.

“Okay, ladies& gents excited about the winner of the lotto jackpot—I received reports that Miko Morelos is the Inquirer reporter who reported about the lotto. Not necessarily the winner. #sorrynacarriedawaylahat.”

But then again, the damage has been done. And what a freak he is!

Tim Yap created a stir with a very irresponsible way.

A Controversial Video in The Phillipines : 3 young men abused by the police

👨‍💻
because of this Scenario i conclude that Phil. Justice delayed,Phil. Justice denied

Another proof of human rights violation in The Philippines
this video is very alarming because it shows how the Philippines Police threat the suspects, if it happens to these three young men, it can also possibly happen to you, this video shows that this 3 young men are not human anymore, noticed that they were forced to kiss each other( a gay act) , does it follow that this Cops are also gay, if not, Why they enjoyed watching this men kissing each other, a very unjust scenario. No wonder that Filipinos did not trust the Police nowadays because of this moronic act. Even the good policemen , we can labeled them as worst because of this Pasaway PATOLA Police......

To the one who did this,.. try to read the Philippines constitution, try to allocate a little time to review, what is unjust.what is bill of Right....The reason why we dont have a system of uniformity because of this stupid policemen..bare in mind that no matter how huge is the breach of this men, you must consider its should be in due process....... HUH....

because of this Scenario i conclude that Phil. Justice delayed,Phil. Justice denied

Pamatong arrested for direct contempt

👨‍💻

Facts: Rev. Elly Velez Pamatong filed his Certificate of Candidacy for President on 17 December 2003. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) refused to give due course to Pamatong’s Certificate of Candidacy in its Resolution 6558 dated 17 January 2004. The decision, however, was not unanimous since Commissioners Luzviminda G. Tancangco and Mehol K. Sadain voted to include Pamatong as they believed he had parties or movements to back up his candidacy. On 15 January 2004, Pamatong moved for reconsideration of Resolution 6558. The COMELEC, acting on Pamatong’s Motion for Reconsideration (SPP [MP] 04-001) and on similar motions filed by other aspirants for national elective positions, denied the same under the aegis of Omnibus Resolution 6604 dated 11 February 2004. The COMELEC declared Pamatong and 35 others nuisance candidates who could not wage a nationwide campaign and/or are not nominated by a political party or are not supported by a registered political party with a national constituency. Commissioner Sadain maintained his vote for Pamatong. By then, Commissioner Tancangco had retired. Pamatong filed the Petition For Writ of Certiorari, seeking to reverse the resolutions which were allegedly rendered in violation of his right to "equal access to opportunities for public service" under Section 26, Article II of the 1987 Constitution, by limiting the number of qualified candidates only to those who can afford to wage a nationwide campaign and/or are nominated by political parties. In so doing, Pamatong argues that the COMELEC indirectly amended the constitutional provisions on the electoral process and limited the power of the sovereign people to choose their leaders. The COMELEC supposedly erred in disqualifying him since he is the most qualified among all the presidential candidates, i.e., he possesses all the constitutional and legal qualifications for the office of the president, he is capable of waging a national campaign since he has numerous national organizations under his leadership, he also has the capacity to wage an international campaign since he has practiced law in other countries, and he has a platform of government. Pamatong likewise attacks the validity of the form for the Certificate of Candidacy prepared by the COMELEC. Pamatong claims that the form does not provide clear and reasonable guidelines for determining the qualifications of candidates since it does not ask for the candidate’s bio-data and his program of government.

Issue: Whether there is a constitutional right to run for or hold public office and, particularly, to seek the presidency.

Held: There is no constitutional right to run for or hold public office and, particularly, to seek the presidency. What is recognized is merely a privilege subject to limitations imposed by law. Section 26, Article II of the Constitution neither bestows such a right nor elevates the privilege to the level of an enforceable right. There is nothing in the plain language of the provision which suggests such a thrust or justifies an interpretation of the sort. The "equal access" provision is a subsumed part of Article II of the Constitution, entitled "Declaration of Principles and State Policies." The provisions under the Article are generally considered not self-executing, and there is no plausible reason for according a different treatment to the "equal access" provision. Like the rest of the policies enumerated in Article II, the provision does not contain any judicially enforceable constitutional right but merely specifies a guideline for legislative or executive action. The disregard of the provision does not give rise to any cause of action before the courts. An inquiry into the intent of the framers5 produces the same determination that the provision is not self-executory. The original wording of the present Section 26, Article II had read, "The State shall broaden opportunities to public office and prohibit public dynasties." Commissioner (now Chief Justice) Hilario Davide, Jr. successfully brought forth an amendment that changed the word "broaden" to the phrase "ensure equal access," and the substitution of the word "office" to "service." The provision is not intended to compel the State to enact positive measures that would accommodate as many people as possible into public office. The approval of the "Davide amendment" indicates the design of the framers to cast the provision as simply enunciatory of a desired policy objective and not reflective of the imposition of a clear State burden. Moreover, the provision as written leaves much to be desired if it is to be regarded as the source of positive rights. It is difficult to interpret the clause as operative in the absence of legislation since its effective means and reach are not properly defined. Broadly written, the myriad of claims that can be subsumed under this rubric appear to be entirely open-ended. Words and phrases such as "equal access," "opportunities," and "public service" are susceptible to countless interpretations owing to their inherent impreciseness. Certainly, it was not the intention of the framers to inflict on the people an operative but amorphous foundation from which innately unenforceable rights may be sourced. The privilege of equal access to opportunities to public office may be subjected to limitations. Some valid limitations specifically on the privilege to seek elective office are found in the provisions of the Omnibus Election Code on "Nuisance Candidates" and COMELEC Resolution 645210 dated 10 December 2002 outlining the instances wherein the COMELEC may motu proprio refuse to give due course to or cancel a Certificate of Candidacy. As long as the limitations apply to everybody equally without discrimination, however, the equal access clause is not violated. Equality is not sacrificed as long as the burdens engendered by the limitations are meant to be borne by any one who is minded to file a certificate of candidacy. Herein, there is no showing that any person is exempt from the limitations or the burdens which they create.

Jason Ivler faces more charges ....

👨‍💻

Aside from the killing of a Malacañang official’s son, Filipino-American Jason Ivler faces more charges for his attack on an arresting team of the National Bureau of Investigation, which resulted in injuries to two operatives.

At a press conference on Monday, NBI Director Nestor Mantaring said that Ivler would face charges of assault on agents or persons in authority, resisting arrest and illegal possession of firearms.

“We have yet to verify if the firearms recovered from him are licensed,” the director explained, referring to an M-16 rifle and a .45 caliber revolver recovered from Ivler’s possession.

During Monday’s NBI raid at Marlene Aguilar’s posh home along Hillside Drive in Blue Ridge A in Libis, Quezon City, Ivler engaged NBI men in a shootout, which resulted in injuries to NBI Special Action Unit (SAU) head and lawyer Angelito Magno and NBI Intelligence Service agent Anna Labao.

Magno sustained a graze wound in the right thigh while Labao sustained shrapnel wounds in the chest, which Mantaring said could have been caused by a bullet that had ricocheted. Both agents were declared out of danger while Ivler remains confined at the Quirino Memorial Medical Center.

Mantaring and Magno said the .45-pistol recovered from Ivler would be subjected to ballistics matching to determine "if it was the same firearm used in the roadrage shooting (of Renato Victor Ebarle Jr.)”

“We previously checked with the Firearms and Explosives Division (FED) if he (Ivler) had firearms licensed to him. We found out there was no gun licensed to Ivler. But this is different now. We actually recovered firearms from him and we have to check the serial numbers of the guns in the FED records,” he explained.

The additional charges against Ivler will be filed with the Department of Justice.

Ivler was arrested by joint operatives of the NBI and the Philippine National Police (PNP) after several months of hiding

Chief Superintendent Elmo San Diego, Quezon City police district chief, earlier said Ivler resisted arrest and was wounded in a gunfight with authorities.

Ivler sustained four gunshot wounds: the stomach, chest, shoulder, and leg and is being treated at the Quirino Memorial Medical Center.

NBI Deputy Director for Intelligence Service and lawyer Ruel Lasala said the encounter happened at around 6 a.m. Monday.

"Our operatives went to the house to serve the arrest warrant and Ivler fought back and shot our agents," Lasala told the Inquirer.

San Diego said Ivler was arrested inside his home at #23 Hillside Avenue, Blue Ridge Subdivision.

San Diego said Pollard will be facing charges of obstruction of justice, coddling, and providing asylum to a criminal.

Murder charges have already been filed against Ivler, the prime suspect in the killing of Renato Ebarle Jr., a son of Presidential Chief of Staff Undersecretary Renato Ebarle Jr., during a traffic altercation on November 18 at the corner of Santolan Road and Ortigas Avenue.

Police already raided Ivler’s Blue Ridge home earlier, but failed to arrest Ivler.

“We have different intelligence information than that of the NBI,” San Diego said.
Ebarle, in an interview over the radio, expressed gratitude for the arrest, which happened 60 days after his son was killed.

“Ang daming pinerhwisyo ng taong ito (This person has caused trouble to a lot of people),” he said, adding that the authorities should issue a hold departure order on Ivler.

Quoting a witness who saw the shooting, Ebarle said Ivler shot and killed his only son after failing to overtake his son’s vehicle because a taxi cab blocked his way.

“Humarang sya sa harap ng anak ko at binaril nya ng tatlong beses. Walang alitan na nangyari (He blocked my son’s vehicle and shot him three times. There was no argument at all),” he said, quoting the witness who was three cars behind.

Ivler is the nephew of musician Freddie Aguilar and stepson of Asian Development Bank economist Stephen Pollard, who is married to Ivler’s mother, Marlene Aguilar Pollard.

Just before the New Year, an overseas Filipino worker, Jason Aguilar, was arrested and detained in Qatar before he was deported to the Philippines several days later.

Scandalous Feign: Condone or Condemn?

👨‍💻
“Kung anong tugtog, siya din bang sayaw?”

Various Scandals are widely assumed to be tales of individual breach, serving as reminders of the normative life order. But being the youth of generation X, how can we avoid perversion act?

Did we consider the norms of ethic in our society upon engaging scandals? What are factors influencing our youth to engage an immoral operation that currently, it is not discreet anymore?
Filipinos are largely known as timid, conservative and held high standard of Godly pattern. But after observing current scandalous stories happened, now that’s definitely a “Paradox of Conservatory”.
The disturbed society’s mind, must by now, design a whole demand for a copy of the sex video involving showbiz celebrities through internet download and sharing and even pirate VCDs by “get-rich-pick” street peddlers self- righteousness officials even think that brakes should be applied to this emerging socio-technological malaise that inflicts moral injury to women more than men. Pseudo moral metricans would even allow people to throw stigma to the persons involved in the sex scandal.
Furthermore, today’s youth are still tolerating and simultaneously engaged in this defamatory activity. The predicament is who induce them to do so? Is it possible that they were just following the pattern of highly profiled persons in different sectors who are models, yet who did also this scandalous feigned? Drawing on extensive news documents, I learned four stories. Each is revolving around the same sexual behavior but each playing out in a different institutional environment: televangelist Jimmy Swaggarts encounter with prostitute Debra Murphree (1988), actor Hugh Grant encounter with prostitute Divine Brown (1995), Presidential Advisor Rick Morris encounter with prostitute Sherry Rowlands (1996). These three stories focus hypocrisy, recklessness, immorality and disloyalty.
Meanwhile, this fourth story focuses on fame or should I say defame. Who did not know the ultimate Hayden-Kho scandal? It really shocked the entire configuration of the country. It involved different women. But what captured my interest is the woman with the angelic face “Maricar Reyes”. She is now a Star Magic talent, a commercial model and she also appeared in ABS-CBN’s teleserye. Her video scandal is clearest, closest and hottest shot of all. Instead of moral depravity clause toward her career yet looked what happened to her. She is now the new top face in the television. In this scenario, is it possible that youth will follow Maricar’s pattern just to earn fame prior to the word “norms”.
More so, who told you that our University is excluded in this issue? It’s a big no! No! Even a private individual who are not belong in a socially-inclined society doesn’t had an exception to be victimized scandalous feign.

Based on my interview, a certain part timer instructress was also a victim on this unjust activity. “Bago pa lang ako dito sa nilapitan kong apartment at meron ng pilit sumisira sa akin.” She confessed to me. She told me that, she has his close male friend who asks her to teached some computer program. This man always went to her house for the said tutor sessions. Unconsciously, they were misunderstood by the eyes surrounds them. “Ginawan ako ng aacount sa friendster at nagsasabi na may karelasyon daw akong estudyanteng bata na nagpupunta dito”, she added. Obviously, the suspect who is responsible in such malicious defamatory act maybe can be found only at their neighborhood because how come he noticed that there’s a young man who always went for the tutor sessions.” She stressed out. “Di ko na lang pinapansin ang kasiraan an yun, wala naman akong ginagawang masama. Ba’t pa ako gagawa ng account sa friendster para lang sirain ang sarili ko.” She ended up with confident statement.
Indeed, I also interviewed this third year student who also suffered from viciousness of sex scandal video.
“Ang boyfriend ko ang may kagagawan niyan.” Those were only words she mentioned.
I discovered her story when I incidentally browse he name in a social networking site. I was shock when I saw that she had a multiple identity in that social networking site. She told me that her ex-boyfriend was the responsible of doing multiple accounts in social networking. I started to browse those accounts; obviously, I browse first the one with a sexy primary photo. I found out in her profile, different nude pictures and videos embedded from you tube. It made me asked, “Is that for real?” But I admired this woman, despite of thus video scandal and pictures she still survives with optimistic intelligent mindset. The worst thing is we use it as an avenue to entertainment consumption. Enumerable media practitioners used this issue to earn. Even street peddlers benefit a lot upon selling in the market. But what about the negative effects of the mind set of our youth? If we still tolerate this, we can compare our system of uniformity to the Barbarians.FRIENDSTER PROFILE

If the videos are voluntarily made of two consensual individuals intended for public viewing, then that’s the time we can consider it as pornography. But when it is publicized without the awareness of any of the both parties, then that’s very alarming scandal. A scandal that can ruin dignity or in contrary, it boast popularity.
Nowadays, we cannot predict the mentality of the mob towards morality. We cannot even determine the youth’s righteous.

The solemnity of the Filipino values is forgotten.
